This, by far, isn't the best quality stereo around; however, you do get what you pay for. For the price, it isn't a bad buy. If you're looking for something small and cheap, aren't concerned with having a multitude of functions and don't mind sub-par sound quality - then this is a good pick up. I bought it for when my home theatre is being used for other things, so it fit my needs just fine. If you want an adjustable EQ, good sound quality and just an overall good stereo, then you may want to consider spending a bit more on something a tad more appropriate for those functions. -- You get what you pay for.

With a simple 1/8 to 1/8 cord you can plug your ipod right in to the speakers. they provide a nice sound for a room. Not Really loud. But the CD player is HORRIBLE and the remote is not worth using. With an ipod this system is way worth the price! For CDS, dont buy it. -- Good For Ipod. Bad for CD

I ordered this stereo through a catalog, and paid twice as much for it plus the inflated shipping charges. I was able to hook it up to my HD television thanks to the auxillary jack. My HD television boasts bass, treble, Dolby Surround Sound, so it wasn't too bad of an addition. I don't plan on using the cd player, or radio. I never owned a GPX before, and I've read other reviews on this model. This unit doesn't offer a whole lot in sound quality. The speakers lack bass. Volume is ok for the television. I listen to music on my computer. Sound quality is good there with the GE speaker system with sub woofer. I wanted to switch the two around, but the GE set up I have is made just for computers--Rats! This is a so so unit, and I wouldn't recommend it for serious music lovers. A person is better off spending a little bit more money for a better grade unit. -- Needs Bass Boost. Works Ok For The HD Television.

I bought this product for mothers day and it turned out better then i had hoped for. It's a unique shape. easily transferable, and plays very well. The price is perfect for this multi-use music player. -- Much better then i anticipated.
