This is a lovely little cd player. I listen to recorded books and this has a feature that I love: it starts again from where ever it was stopped. Marvelous. I can listen to it for six or eight hours before I need to recharge the included battery. It has one sad fault: the volumn is very, very low. This is particulary annoying since it would be very easy to have a few batteries in the base to boost the volumn in the external speakers. It’s almost the perfect cd player for listening to books – I’ll keep looking.
