I bought this case for my daughter’s gift. But it was broken while delivery. So I asked to replace the item and they immediately replied on my request even in the holiday season. I love their quick response for product replacement. Thanks.

This case did arrive in a timely manner but when it arrived it appeared to be used. It was dirty and there was a piece on the back that looked like a ripped off sticker. Don’t get me wrong I love the product I just paid for a New one not Used.
Okay well I wanted to change my review because after all this occurred I emailed the seller and they offered to ship me another one free of charge
they were very, very helpful.
Oh and btw it’s not the case thats in the picture it has a front and a back.
