I needed something to charge my iPhone 3g at work because we're not allowed to plug in any USB devices into our computers. I thought I'd give this a try.

The red light shows the plug is active and my iPhone showed the charging indicator.....for about five minutes. Now my phone does absolutely nothing when I plug it in, even though the red light indicator on the plug is active. I've tried everything to get this to work again without any luck.

Waste of money, you'd be better off finding something different. Rating: 1 / 5

I can’t speak for the quality of this item since I received a completely wrong product from Amazon, which is fulling this item for the vendor (AccessoryWizard). The product label on this had the right name and model number, but what I ended up receiving was a Apple iPod/iPhone to RCA-style A/V connector. I paid extra to get this delivered by Amazon in two days, and all I got for it was grief and more delay. I don’t whose fault it is ultimately, but I certainly won’t be ordering from this vendor again. If you’re thinking of doing the same as I did, DON’T!

The cord is too short to talk on the phone while charging. The AC 120v Adapter doesn’t charge the phone even though the light indicates it is.

This set of power adapters for the iphone or ipod are pretty bad. They are cheaply made, and the car charger (which is one of the main reasons I bought it) doesn’t work with my 32 GB iPhone 3G S. When you plug it in, the iPhone just says that this accessory is not compatible with the iPhone. I would run from this product.

so the seller and everything was perfect. i got my order in a timely manner and the packaging was just right. I used the car charger first in my car and after about twenty minutes, my car no longer had power! gas was fine, just had an oil change. I gassed and it was revving, but no go! It was not a fun experience. once pulled out the charger and let the car run for a bit, everything was cool, but i really did not want to use the usb nor wall charger
