I bought this for my brand new iPod . I bought A skin it for my iPod and wanted a case that allowed me to eaisly see my skinit and easily plug my cords in. It works great and a great price

I ordered my case from mygearstore. It arrived in a little plastic baggy with no label or indication to brand name. It also arrived with a tiny hairline fracture on the front and a slight scrape on the back. In a couple of places where the plates connect it’s a little rough but that’s easy to smooth down. However it did make me paranoid that it might be rough on the inside too and that it might scratch my ipod. After a week of usage which included just taking it in and out of my purse and removing the cover twice to dust the inside, I now have 3 hairline fractures on the front of the case and a ton of tiny scratches on the back (expected for a cheap case). When the case is on my ipod it does feel solid however I don’t think it will do much in taking some of the shock for a fall. It’s mainly for protection from scratches. It is difficult to take the case off but not impossible.
I’ve decided to just invest and buy a Griffin case. They’re having an awesome sale + coupons available online if you just do a quick search. They also don’t charge ground shipping or tax.

This case is worth the 0.99 that I paid for it. It appears pretty cheap at first, but it keeps the silver back part of the Ipod touch protected which is really all that matters. I have noticed that some dirt has gotten in it though. Worth what you pay for, especially when they are asking around $30 at the Apple store.

This case is for the IPOD TOUCH 2G not the iPhone! P.S this is the same as the Griffin iclear case the only differents is that the griffin version is $25 and this one is only $9.98 so which one would u buy! it’s your choice. If u want to safe your money buy this case!
