I got this to connect the iphone to the speaker system. Unfortunately, it does not work with the iphone. The connectors are not deep enough to fit it, and the sound kept coming out of the phone only. To confirm I wasnt doing the wrong this, I put the another connector and things worked correctly.

I use this to connect my laptop to my television. I’ve only used the audio cable, not the video cable. It works great…for the price.

I bought this so I could play the audio from my computer on our TV when watching online movies. I didnt realize this can also play movies from a video ipod on your computer through the RCA jacks. Its not pretty – there are interchangable cords that you have to keep safe in case you want to use it for a different device – but similar products sell for $50 at radioshack.

This splitter fits the bill and allows for easy connection of just about any device. I used it to connect speakers to a PS2 for the ultimate Rock Band experience at work, where a receiver and a TV was not available, just and conversion to VGA overhead projector. This Maxell worked like a charm.

Works well and as described. No color switching required for the cables when used with iPod (many other similar products do with a similar price range). I say go for this one!
