I admit it is not the same quality as the otterbox defender but it still provides great protection for the price. I work in construction and use one of these cases on my iPhone 3GS. I feel very comfortable using my phone on the job when it is in this case. It is a must have for the working individual or for those that want to protect their beloved iPhone as much as I do.

You get what you pay for. save your money and buy an actual ottterbox. NOT WHAT EXPECTED. PEICES WERE MISSING.

BE WARNED that third party chargers do NOT fit into the charging spot in this case. It is so narrow that only an official Apple charger cord will fit. Case is very bulky and makes the phone feel three times larger and much heavier.

I figured I’d try to save a few bucks on a new case this time around. Horrible idea. This is NO substitute for an otterbox. First of all, you have to figure out how to install the clear plastic protectors for the screens and holes in the case, and the plastic scratches way too easily. Lasted me one day. The outer shell is cheap and doesn’t fit well, and makes pressing the home button a bit of a pain. The inner shell just doesn’t feel as tough as the otterbox either. TWO THUMBS WAAAAAAAY DOWN!

I got this iphone case because I was too cheap to buy the Otterbox one online or at the AT&T store forf $50. This case is the exact same thing but you get colors. The orange is a burnt orange but I think a lot of the colors would look good. There is a harder case that goes over the phone and then the silicone (stretch rebber) that goes over the hard case. I only wish you could buy the silicone covers, that go over the hard case, by themselves…..you could change colors often. This case protects the phone well. I’m very happy with it.
