Okay, so I'm affected by the "looks" of things. The white plastic on the main unit was a different "shade" of white than that around the screen. (It was kind of "pinkish" toned.) It takes 6 seconds to switch between TV and radio. Really? In 2009? Are there tiny vacuum tubes in there that need to warm up?

The clock has a date function, but it seems that the date is set in european mode? (Day/Month/Year) Again, the manual is of no help here.

I’ve given some gifts before that weren’t the greatest, but I’ve never been embarrased by a gift like I am with this Coby TV.

I will never buy a Coby product again.
