For what I needed, too large. Unfortunately, size was not in discription. They offered a return for credit on another item, however, I paid 13.75 shipping, will pay that much back & new shipping is 9.75. Plus the smaller unit is 10.00 more.

BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM I LOOKED AT MANY OTHER OFFERINGS AND PRODUCTS FROM VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS, AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT PRICE RANGES. BECAUSE I ALREADY OWN SEVERAL OTHER “COBY” PRODUCTS,THEY WERE ONE OF MY FIRST SEARCH PREFERENCES. “COBY” PRODUCTS FROM WHAT I CAN SEE ARE NOT DESIGNED TO BE “THE BEST”..HOWEVER THEY ARE DESIGNED IT SEEMS TO DELIVER A LOT OF “BANG FOR THE BUCK” FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO MAY NEED A PARTICULAR ITEM,BUT DO NOT WANT TO SPEND AN “ARM AND A LEG” TO GET IT!IN SHORT..IF YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF A “COBY”..IT’LL LAST..IF YOU DON’T, IT WON’T..THAT SIMPLE! Sound okay,not great. No shuffle mode. Lid to insert and extract cd’s is cumbersome to use.

i purchased the radio for myself while deployed to iraq to listen to my music. the radio works ans sound great. it has everything you need while being deployed to hear music. the radio is in good condition for being used. i do not mind that it was used because it is still in good condition. the only thing that confused me was that it had a external antenna line in the package but the radio had a antenna. overall it works good. thank you

This a used player but works just fine and has a wonderful sound to it.The only downside is that when you pick the player up there is something loose on the inside of one side of the left speaker but does not seem to effect the sound.I would say for the price this player cost it was a very good buy.Coby CX-CD282 Portable CD/Radio/Cassette Player
